Rotterdam, Netherlands - The discreet fashion designer Jeroen Van Tuyl is celebrating his 10th year and is launching a women’s knit collection for the Winter-Fall 2010 2011.

After his graduation at the Academy of Art at the prestigious Arnhem Institute in 1998, Jeroen Van Tuyl started working on building his own label .He begins with a partner with whom he will presents in Paris two women’s collections, under the name “Van Tuyl De Roiij “. In 2000 he went solo and independent with his Jeroen van Tuyl menswear label. He chose Paris as the International market for the diffusion of his brand.

The Jeroen van Tuyl style is remarkable, unique and personal, Close to Architecture by exercising on the shapes. At the beginning he focused on angular and pointy peaks or more soft such as for the Spring/Summer 2009 for the Tagore Collection influenced by India.

The luxurious choice of fabrics selected is mixing classical basics with natural components to ultra technological textures. The knit is one of the strong spots of the Dutch designer, with the coats, the Trench Coats and the suits.

Jeroen van Tuyl‘s label is addressed to a modern man without concession and turns to the future with a spirit of nostalgia. In a same collection a classical and elegant mood and a more sophisticated and avant-garde vision of style. Such as in 2006 with the low V plunging neckline or for the Spring/Summer 2007 “Transformer” collection accessorized with sharp Butterflies.

In 2002 Jeroen van Tuyl got immediately recognized and is invited by Musée Galliera to participate to the exhibition “Paris Mode à Suivre “. The Museum of Fashion pursues the “Klapstoel Chair “, one of his first great feat under the label Van ...
